Kareena Kapoor Khan Will Skip The Christmas Lunch This Year Hosted At Her Late Uncle Shashi Kapoor’s Residence
It is a known fact that the Kapoor clan gathers together to celebrate Christmas. The tradition has been there since late actor Shashi Kapoor began to host Christmas lunch at his residence. But this year Kareena Kapoor Khan will be giving a miss to it, after she was detected with COVID-19 on December 13. As reported in Bollywoodlife.com, the actress who is in quarantine will not attend the Christmas lunch for everyone’s safety. While she continues to be in quarantine, her husband Saif Ali Khan and sons –Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan will attend the lunch hosted at the late actor’s residence. 

While the actress is fine and healthy reported the portal, she has decided to complete the 14 days quarantine period before she reunites with her family. After she finishes her quarantine period, she will be spending some quality with her family. She has contracted this deadly virus after she attended a party at Karan Johar’s residence. The actress recently missed her elder son Taimur Ali Khan’s 5th birthday and expressed missing him in her social media post. 

We hope Kareena Kapoor Khan recovers soon and gets back in action. 


After the actress tested positive for COVID-19, her father and senior actor Randhir Kapoor said, “Kareena had mild fever and body ache on Sunday and hence she underwent the test. But she is absolutely fine now. Doctors are taking good care of her. She is currently in home quarantine so I told her to send the kids to my place, but she said that Taimur and Jeh can stay with her. She is fit and fine so it will be okay.”
